Come ON now people. Anti-war, pro-war, both of you. You're entitled to your opinion, but you don't have to rude about them and you should just ACCEPT that there are people who don't believe the same thing as you. And there ARE and they are not nessicerily wrong. Why? Because there are reasons for going to war and there are reasons for not.
But I was pretty anti. But we're AT war right now, and trust me, the president is not just going to stop it. No point in protesting something that's already been done.
Je suis malheureusement extrêmement déçu que cette Deviation fasse autant d'émule chez certains américains prenant ce message directement pour eux et le renvoyant directement dans la figure de ceux qui rejettent ce "futur massacre". De plus, comparer la guerre en Irak à la seconde guerre mondiale est absolument stupide...
Mon opinion envers certains américains est en train de changer.

Example .the U.N has acknowledged that there are many weapons unnaccounted for which were still in Sadaams inventory when he booted them out of the country previously.Miscellaneous gases including VX and Mustard.. also Anthrax stockpiles ..and also radiological materials. Under the U.N resolution 1441 he is required to accountfor these and if they were destroyed he has to prove that .. ths can be easily verified but Sadaam has said that simply his word is sufficient.. not so.not according to the U.N
. although I am almost certain you willl deny anything in the way of evidence presented by Colin Powell as heresay .. the U.N has acknowledged that the evidence he presented that Sadaam was engaging in a shell game with his Womd 's seems credible and damning.. and that the recordings of Sadaams subordinates laughing at the gullibility of the inspectors and laughing at how easily they are fooled also appears credible.thats what the inspectors say and the U.N has said so too.
.The U.S did not (yet) start anything ..as a member of the U.N the U.S is engaged in an effort LEGALLY.. to force Sadaam to comply with the U.N resolutions he agreed to after he was defeated in the Gulf War.
Sadaam claims that if the U.S attacks him again that they will be defeated this time by the Iraqi forces ..just curious .. if he no longer has WOMD how will he accomplish that..
When i said that he had gassed his own people you said "what about other dictatorial countries.." I am trying to figure out how that would excuse him and WHY you or anyone thinks that that could be excusable or defendable..it in my opinion is clear evidence of his evil..that and his paying money to homocide bombers shows he can not be trusted to do ANYTHING right.
As to the embargos instituted by the U.S they were instituted to prevent him from rearming himself .. no food or medical supplies were or are being prevented from reaching Iraq .. There is evidence that the Iraqii Government is stockpiling these needed supplies and hiding them .. Why..?? because Sadaam is more interested in having a means of manipulating world opinion to his side than he is in feeding and healing his people and doing what is right ..
As to ww 2 the U.S was already deeply involved in thwarting Hitler BEFORE Pearl Harbor ..in 1941 a year before .. the U.S had occupied Greenland and Iceland to establish bases to defend U.S ships from German U boats..and the Congress had legislated aid to Britain ...Pearl Harbor simply gave us a push into the inevitable .but we were already engaged .War with Hitler was inevitable .. Japan simply brought it on sooner.and that because she allied herself with Adolph.
I did not and do not compare Adolph to Sadaam except in that they are/ were both evil dictators ..what I said is that France forgets who delivered them from Hitlers hands. And I reitterate Hitler was a cheap little dictator who without the help of a host of willing ..and also equally evil subordinates. that little tinhorn would have never risen to power in the first place in my opinion his alledged genius was overrated.
Finally .. I do not object to your work .. never did .. what I object to is all of the anti-American sentiment I read in the comments . I do not and NEVER would object to anyones right to seek peace or their right to opinion .. but I believe .. unlike some that if war starts over this issue it will be entirely Sadaams fault.
